This monochromatic watercolour was a deeply rewarding experience attempting intricate detail, shifts in tone and the play of light which challenged me in patience and mastery. The process forces me to observe deeply and translate the beauty of the Sumatran Tiger onto paper while embracing watercolour's organic nature.
This ever-expanding watercolor collection of black-and-white photorealistic wildlife captures the raw beauty of nature with striking detail and expressive fluidity while the surrounding environment dissolves into a dreamlike, atmospheric wash.
